The building is a 6,000m2, 4-story modern office building with a linear sleeky shape. The facade is made of glass and curved surfaces, which give the building a very attractive and modern look. The sun breakers on the facade help to reduce solar heat gain and glare, while the glass areas allow in plenty of natural light.
